Havelock Estates Ltd Property Management Services |

Property Management ServicesThe purchase of an apartment for either owner occupation or letting constitutes a major investment of time and money. It is essential to maintain and enhance the value of the investment by structured maintenance and reparation of common areas in addition to the individual flat. To facilitate this, reference must be made to the lease and current legislation which requires knowledge and experience of shared living spaces. Purchase of the freehold of a development is just the start of a long list of expenditure which if incorrectly demanded from owners may be irrecoverable. No two apartment blocks are the same which is why Havelock Estates have developed a two tier property management package in order to allow lessees wishing to become actively involved the ability to do so. Other lessees wishing to take no active part can pass on the matter to the directors or managing agent. |
